At Full Circle Psychology, I provide a safe, supportive environment for us to work through, and move beyond, issues that are causing you strain and may be preoccupying your days and nights. Our work together may involve:

  • alleviating anxiety, stress or depressive symptoms
  • coping through life transitions
  • processing through and healing from trauma
  • working through relationship difficulties and building skills to help you navigate relationships more effectively
  • improving self-worth and building a life that reflects you – wholly and fully
  • understanding and processing unpleasant or painful emotions such as shame, resentment, anger, and fear
  • grief and loss

We often think that when we are dealing with painful or stressful experiences, we need to “figure it out” on our own. We don’t want to burden others with our problems, we start believing that there must be something wrong with us if we can’t figure it out. The reality of it is, doing this without the support of another can be deceptively difficult and can actually worsen our situation. And really, we are not designed to do this on our own. This is where I can help.

My Counselling Style - Compassionate, Thorough, Productive

I have a client-centered, integrative approach which involves being fully and wholly present with you, without judgment. Together, we will establish what you may be suffering from and uncover what path will be most effective for us to take in order for you to reach the outcome you’re looking for. I initially strive to help you feel comfort, relief and a new sense of hope within our first session together. That being said, I don’t want you to feel better after seeing me only to fall into the same patterns. Thus, it will be essential that you and I identify and work through the root of these patterns so that long-term you are suffering significantly less and you feel like you have the tools and awareness you need to manage more effectively moving forward.

In our work together, you will not only be overcoming current challenges, but will also be acquiring a greater sense of who you are, what you need or want, and learning how to make that happen. Once we find this internal harmony, navigating the external world becomes a whole lot easier.

I work from a foundation of Mindfulness, DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy) and CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) and also have specialized training in Accelerated Resolution Therapy and Perinatal Mental Health. I believe we are all unique, and therefore make sure my therapy approach is what best fits your needs.

I currently provide individual therapy and offer both in-person counselling as well as online via video conference on a secure Telehealth platform. About Me

I’ve considered myself a “people person” since I can remember, but it wasn’t until my early twenties that I realized how passionate I was about hearing people’s stories and helping them overcome suffering. Even as a kid, I remember feeling so curious about what may be driving us to act the way we do, realizing that there was so much more to the story than what meets the eye.
